Avenue+: a blended perry, a combination of Thorn and Barland (with some Blakeney Red added), balanced with a precise acidic twang
Bristle: Single City Cider, made with surplus apples collected from Bristol being put to good use, organised in collaboration with the Riverside Garden Centre. A fresh and zesty cider.
Brown Snout: another classic bittersweet cider apple, mellow, mild, drinkable … with a hint of nuttiness.
Chedworth Gold: Single Village Cider, another example of surplus fruit being put to good use, using fruit from the charming Cotswold village of Chedworth.
Colonel: Ashmead’s Kernel cider, fresh, crisp, dry … with hints of pear drop and elderflower.
Colonel (casked): as above, but matured in an old bourbon barrel, so with added aromatics.
Dabinett: bursting with flavour and tannic astringency, with characteristic citrus tones. Dark and interesting.
Dapper Apple: made from the generous and good-looking Brown’s apple, with understated tannins and enthusiastic acidic refreshment.
Gribble: Yarlington Mill bittersweet apples- perhaps the best cider apple of them all? - provide a bucketful of soft, generous tannic flavour, with hints of sweet caramel.
Moorcroft: single variety perry, full of subtle and delicate fruit, an example of the finer qualities that perry can offer.
Privateer: made from Kingston Black bittersharp apples, said by many to be the finest cider apple of them all, with plenty of tannin to give interesting, complex flavour with lots of balancing acidity, all in one apple.
